Important Shipping Information
You must be present at the time of delivery. It is critical that you thoroughly inspect the stove for any damage while the driver is present. If damage has occurred, note the damage on the delivery receipt, refuse the shipment and contact us. The pellet stove will usually ship within (2) two business days of payment.
