*According to the manufacturer, the heater is capable of heating up to 1500 square feet (in ideal conditions). Naturally, the effectiveness of the heater will vary according to the temperature outside (it will heat a room more effectively if the outside temperature is 40 degrees, than it would at 10 degrees). This should all be common sense, but we are aware that there is a lot of promotional language out there and we want to be as clear as possible about this units performance. It is a good heater. It should heat as effectively as any other with the same BTU rating and heating elements, however your actual results may vary.
